Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of resilient infrastructure automation for algorithmic trading. Provides Linux-based electronic trading platform expertise, partners with development and infrastructure teams, manages technical risk, and supports scalable systems. The role includes technical leadership, mentoring engineers and SREs, full-lifecycle ownership, incident review, and adoption of SRE practices. Advanced Python, Unix/Linux, infrastructure automation, debugging, CI, Git, Jenkins, and software engineering expertise are required.

Supports EMEA Operations and Corporate Services leaders across the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion. Provides risk-aware HR advice, coaches managers, supports organizational change and workforce planning, contributes to compensation processes, and uses HR data to inform decisions across a complex, global matrix environment.
