Design, develop and optimize trading systems and market-making algorithms; analyze complex datasets to inform stakeholders; build scalable, reliable client-facing products; implement controls and monitoring; serve as L3 SME during market stress and production incidents.

Lead and maintain business continuity plans and testing for assigned business units, provide training and QA, coordinate recovery site arrangements, manage plan testing and governance reporting, support exercises and incident coordination, and drive process improvements across local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Perform equity research for business services: build and update financial models, maintain databases and comparables, write sector and company reports, prepare pre/post-results updates, develop client relationships, attend company conferences, respond to client requests, and generate investment ideas.
