Build personalised, automated journeys to grow activation, engagement and AUM; use data and testing to optimise performance; ensure FCA-compliant communications; and partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Compliance and Analytics to influence senior stakeholders and drive customer lifetime value.

Embed as a commercial finance partner within the Customer team to deliver trading insight, budgeting and forecasting, marketing ROI analysis, business-case development, management accounts review, and continuous improvement of reporting and data integrity to support customer proposition growth.

The Head of Commercial - Motor will lead the performance, strategy, and growth of the Motor channel, focusing on commercial outcomes and team performance while managing partner relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
