Own the Quidco web product roadmap and delivery, translating strategic priorities into requirements, sequencing, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Partner with app, engineering, design, data, CRM, commercial, and operations teams to deliver joined-up customer experiences. Lead customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, triggered communications, campaign delivery, experimentation, measurement, and optimization across owned channels. Influence Product, Proposition, Commercial, Data, Analytics, and Brand stakeholders while improving engagement, loyalty, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.

Own commercial performance for the mortgages business, including revenue, margin, trading strategy, partner relationships, proposition development, and growth initiatives. The role leads lender, broker, fintech, and ecosystem partnerships; translates market, customer, and competitor insight into strategy; improves conversion and customer journeys; and ensures compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty obligations. It also contributes to leadership, cross-functional delivery, and sustainable commercial growth across mortgages and related products.

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, optimize large language models, enable collaboration in customer interactions, and maintain backend systems.

This role involves building and operating a data platform, delivering reliable data products, and improving engineering workflows with AI and automation while mentoring junior team members.
