Six-month paid internship supporting MoneySavingExpert’s editorial teams by writing and publishing journalism, creating social media and vertical video content, and making complex financial topics accessible. The intern will contribute to articles, video, and multi-channel storytelling for a large consumer audience while learning from experienced journalists and content creators. The role is hybrid in London and requires full-time availability, enthusiasm for journalism and digital media, and the right to work in the UK.

Own and shape lifecycle and loyalty CRM strategy for membership propositions, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and advocacy. Lead customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, triggered communications, campaign delivery, experimentation, measurement, and optimization across owned channels. Influence Product, Proposition, Commercial, Data, Analytics, and Brand stakeholders while improving engagement, loyalty, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.
