Senior Solutions Architect in MongoDB’s pre-sales organization, guiding enterprise customers in designing scalable, reliable applications and distributed systems using MongoDB and cloud technologies. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, sizing, documentation, account planning, demand generation, and customer success. The role partners closely with sales teams, advises technical and business stakeholders, mentors colleagues, and travels up to 25%.

Lead MongoDB’s new EMEA AI Native sales team of five acquisition representatives. Own hiring, coaching, territory planning, go-to-market strategy, pipeline, forecasting, new-logo acquisition, NARR, and strategic negotiations. Engage founders, investors, C-suite executives, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders while establishing a repeatable sales motion for AI-native companies. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Partners, and Sales Operations. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model and travel across EMEA.

Drive net-new enterprise sales among AI-native startups in London. Build executive relationships with founders, venture capitalists, developers, and technical leaders; develop data-driven go-to-market strategies; manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; establish strategic partnerships; exceed revenue targets; and evangelize MongoDB products and partner technologies.
