Leads the UKI enterprise sales organization, managing and developing Enterprise Account Executives, driving pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, customer expansion, new workload acquisition, and revenue growth. The role owns hiring, enablement, sales methodology adoption, performance management, complex enterprise negotiations, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. Candidates need substantial enterprise software sales leadership experience, a track record of exceeding quotas, and fluency in French.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements by designing scalable MongoDB architectures, advising customers, conducting technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation. Partner with sales teams on account strategy, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation, and demand creation. Build customer relationships, communicate technical value, mentor colleagues, and stay current on MongoDB, cloud, distributed systems, AI, and modern architecture technologies.

Leads MongoDB’s UKI Customer Success organization, managing managers and developing high-performing teams. Drives customer retention, satisfaction, expansion, and product adoption through strategic programs and data-driven execution. Partners with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Professional Services, and HR to align go-to-market initiatives, allocate resources, and achieve long-term business goals.
