Leads MongoDB’s UKI enterprise growth sales organization, managing and developing Enterprise Account Executives, recruiting talent, driving pipeline and revenue performance, and expanding existing customer relationships. The role owns territory strategy, forecasting, sales methodology adoption, enterprise negotiations, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. It requires significant enterprise software sales leadership, quota-carrying experience, complex sales expertise, team coaching, business expansion success, and fluency in French. The role is based in or near London with at least three office days weekly.

Leads MongoDB’s UKI Customer Success organization, managing managers and developing high-performing teams. Drives customer retention, satisfaction, expansion, and product adoption through strategic programs and data-driven execution. Partners with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Professional Services, and HR to align go-to-market initiatives, allocate resources, and achieve long-term business goals.

Develop and improve MongoDB’s distributed query execution engine. Responsibilities include implementing execution algorithms, adding query language features, optimizing database performance, diagnosing robustness issues, writing and reviewing high-quality C++ code, testing features, fixing bugs, and collaborating with engineers. The role will eventually lead major feature development and mentor new team members.
