Leads four Analytics Engineers and owns the roadmap for analytical data products. Responsibilities include data architecture, analytical modelling, prioritisation, product discovery, delivery, quality assurance, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role coordinates dependencies across engineering and analytics teams while developing centralised data models, marts, metrics, and dimensions. It requires strong hands-on data or analytics engineering experience, leadership capability, and familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, and regulated financial environments.

Lead the improvement of pension transfer processes by managing provider relationships, mapping transfer workflows, standardising submissions, resolving process bottlenecks, and creating scalable playbooks. The role also involves handling live cases and lightly guiding a small team. Candidates should be practical, data-literate, comfortable building processes independently, and experienced in financial services or operations, with pensions knowledge advantageous.

Own and improve Moneybox’s data platform, including scalable pipelines, integrations, analytical models, data quality, observability, reliability, performance, and security. Lead significant architecture changes, ingest new data sources, guide engineers and analysts, and collaborate with Engineering, Insight, Information Security, and Compliance. The role requires autonomous technical ownership, production troubleshooting, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead the independent compliance function for MBSCL, holding SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities. Establish FCA-compliant monitoring, financial crime, CDD, and regulatory frameworks; oversee outsourced and intra-group arrangements; challenge advice-engine controls; advise on suitability and Consumer Duty; report to boards and committees; manage FCA relationships; and lead regulatory change and training.

Hands-on Senior QA Engineer responsible for ensuring quality across Moneybox products. Act as sole QA on squads, define testing and release strategies with stakeholders and Compliance, drive automation and AI tooling, assess test automation suitability, run cross-functional meetings, mentor QA team members, and represent the company externally.

Leads Moneybox’s AI Platforms and AI Deployment function, owning platform strategy, governance, security, model hosting, scaling, costs, vendor management, and business enablement. Builds and manages a forward-deployed AI engineering team, establishes safe AI workflows and graduation standards, and partners with Tech Ops and Data Science on customer-facing AI. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strategic planning, team building, and commercial accountability.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs across email, in-app, push and on-platform messaging. Use segmentation and data to target users, run A/B tests, produce performance reports, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Insight teams to drive engagement, retention and cross-sell.

Lead Moneybox's treasury strategy, operations and governance; optimise liquidity and returns within risk appetite; drive automation, regulatory reporting (ICARA, MIF), counterparty relationships, KPIs and risk frameworks; advise C-suite on funding, M&A and IPO readiness; mentor and build a high-performing team.

Lead marketing measurement and martech data infrastructure: design attribution and incrementality experiments, build marketing data products and dashboards, govern marketing data models and integrations, partner with analytics and engineering teams, and deliver actionable insights to support media planning and budget allocation.

Provide regulated financial advice through video consultations, gathering customer information and goals, explaining advice plans, handling escalations, and supporting suitable customer outcomes. The role also partners with Product and Risk & Compliance to improve advice processes, models, and customer outcomes.

Leads Moneybox’s regulated Financial Adviser team, overseeing recruitment, people management, competence, case sign-off, quality assurance, governance, and customer outcomes. Acts as a Certified Individual under SM&CR, manages T&C frameworks, supports adviser development, handles complex escalations, and represents the team in governance and strategic forums. The role also partners with product and technology teams to improve digital advice processes and scale service delivery.

Lead complex UK financial planning cases, especially pension consolidation and drawdown. Review and improve suitability reports, templates, disclosures, workflows, and advice-engine outputs. Coach paraplanners, support advisors, triage team workloads, and collaborate with proposition, product, risk, and compliance teams. Maintain high standards for suitability, evidence, governance, and customer clarity while contributing to advice policy and digital service development.
