Own interaction, visual design, motion, and design system work; partner with Product, Content, Marketing and Engineering to turn data and research into measurable, accessible (WCAG AA) experiences that drive conversion and engagement.

Lead end-to-end iOS feature delivery, shape platform architecture, migrate UIKit to SwiftUI, apply Swift Concurrency, manage CoreData persistence, ensure accessibility, adopt AI tools responsibly, mentor engineers, and support CI/CD and release processes within a hybrid UK-based team.

Lead design for Savings, Investing and Pensions experiences end-to-end. Tackle ambiguous fintech problems, prototype, validate with users, ship native mobile and responsive web features, contribute to design system, and champion AI-first design while partnering with Product and Engineering to drive measurable outcomes.
