Build and operate the second-line risk framework for Moneybox’s FCA-regulated advice business. Responsibilities include risk appetite and KRIs, RCSAs, control testing, incident management, capital and liquidity assessments, wind-down planning, operational resilience, third-party oversight, AI and model risk, and Board-level risk reporting. The role also supports regulatory engagement, new service launches, control design, and risk culture development.

Build and operate Moneybox’s second-line compliance function for a UK retail financial advice business. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, advice suitability oversight, financial promotions, financial crime controls, outsourced-service oversight, complaints, SM&CR, regulatory change, FCA engagement, and Board reporting. The role also supports automated advice governance, Consumer Duty outcomes, product governance, and the launch of new regulated services.

Own the Payments and Transfers product roadmap, prioritizing customer problems and leading discovery, requirements, delivery, experimentation, and performance optimization. Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Support to deliver secure, compliant, efficient financial experiences. Improve payment setup, transfers, contributions, customer understanding, engagement, and supporting operational systems while aligning outcomes with customer needs, business goals, and product strategy.
