The role also drives culture, change, talent development, outsourced provider relationships and compliance oversight across jurisdictions including Dubai, Singapore and Australia.

Handles global Natural Resources claims from first notification through settlement, ensuring accurate reserves, cost control, regulatory compliance, and strong client outcomes. Builds relationships with brokers, underwriters, co-insurers, experts, and service providers; provides claims insights and reporting; supports reserving and business decisions; deputises for claims leadership; and contributes to claims modernization and continuous improvement.

Support Financial Accountant and Syndicate Finance Operations with Oracle ledger control, reconciliations, subledger maintenance, journal preparation, analytical reviews, and monthly/quarterly close processes. Reconcile underwriting figures between Subscribe 2000 and Oracle, assist Settlement Working Group, document controls, support process improvements and finance automation, and ensure transactions comply with IFRS/UK GAAP and premium trust rules.
