Lead and support Enterprise Risk Management activities including ERMF implementation, risk identification, reporting, ORSA input, control effectiveness, deep dives, KRI monitoring, and administration/enhancement and training for the Decision Focus GRC tool to embed risk awareness across the business.

Lead the development of frameworks for Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty, ensuring compliance and oversight across customer lifecycles. Collaborate with various teams to gather data, provide reports on customer outcomes, and implement regulatory changes. Support team development, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements within the organization.

Lead validation of catastrophe models, design and run scientific analyses, develop MS Amlin's View of Risk, undertake original hazard research (climate, non-modelled perils), produce governance and regulatory documentation, advise internal stakeholders, represent the firm externally, and contribute to event response and cross-team coordination.
