This role supports Outwards Reinsurance by producing analytics, developing programs, assisting with documentation, and engaging stakeholders, ensuring effective reinsurance placement.

Analyse, document and improve treasury and investment processes and operating models. Elicit requirements, produce BRDs, process maps and impact assessments, support governance, stakeholder workshops, change impact and risk/compliance assurance to enable a smooth transition.

Lead end-to-end handling of Reinsurance Liability claims from FNOL to settlement, ensuring timely reserves, regulatory compliance, cost control, and superior client/broker service. Deputise for senior claims leaders, provide specialist technical advice, analyse claims data for insights, support underwriters, strengthen broker and co-insurer relationships, and contribute to claims transformation and strategic objectives.
