Deliver technology projects from planning through implementation, managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate activities across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments while building relationships with clients and delivery partners. Support practice development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Apply digital, AI, and Generative AI awareness to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Lead delivery of IT programmes and projects for blue-chip clients, driving end-to-end software delivery using Agile and SDLC practices. Build senior stakeholder relationships, shape and lead complex projects, act as Scrum Master or Product Owner when needed, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to growing the practice while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage purchase orders, employee expenses, supplier records, subcontractor onboarding, accounts payable, invoice processing, bank postings, and month-end close support. Resolve expense queries, maintain compliance documentation, support finance onboarding and training, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives, managing plans, risks, governance, stakeholder communications, and coordinating Agile/Waterfall or hybrid teams while contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing.

Lead and manage PMO delivery activities for digital and technology projects: plan and schedule work, track milestones, manage risks/issues/dependencies, produce stakeholder reports and dashboards, build client relationships, and contribute to practice development and continuous improvement.

Manage project schedules, monitor progress and KPIs, identify risks, control budgets and forecasts, and optimise project management tools (ERP, Primavera P6, MS Project). Provide performance reporting, stakeholder support, and travel as required.
