Manages purchase orders, employee expenses, supplier records, subcontractor onboarding, accounts payable support, invoice processing, bank postings, and month-end close activities. The role also handles expense queries, supports finance onboarding and training, collaborates with stakeholders, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Support end-to-end project delivery by coordinating tasks, timelines, resources, schedules, milestones, risks, changes, and issues. Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
