Apply Agile project management practices, adapt delivery approaches, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing consulting proposals, identifying business opportunities, contributing to practice growth, and communicating complex technical concepts in clear business language.

Deliver technology projects from planning through implementation, managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate activities across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments while building relationships with clients and delivery partners. Support practice development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Apply digital, AI, and Generative AI awareness to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Lead delivery of IT programmes and projects for blue-chip clients, driving end-to-end software delivery using Agile and SDLC practices. Build senior stakeholder relationships, shape and lead complex projects, act as Scrum Master or Product Owner when needed, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to growing the practice while ensuring customer satisfaction.
