Lead delivery of IT programmes and projects for blue-chip clients, driving end-to-end software delivery using Agile and SDLC practices. Build senior stakeholder relationships, shape and lead complex projects, act as Scrum Master or Product Owner when needed, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to growing the practice while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Project Controller will oversee scheduling, financial health, and performance of projects, managing timelines, risks, and reporting KPIs to stakeholders.

Manage project scheduling, monitor progress and KPIs, control budgets and forecasts, identify risks, and optimise use of project management tools to ensure timely delivery and cost control. Provide performance reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
