Lead integrated schedules for pharmaceutical capital projects, combining client and EPCM contractor plans. Facilitate planning sessions, validate contractor schedules, monitor critical paths, assess risk impacts, develop mitigation plans, forecast milestones and cash flow, prepare look-ahead schedules and status reports, and present updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums. The role is based in London with client work in Cambridge three to four days per week.

Lead cost control for pharmaceutical capital projects by monitoring budgets, spend, forecasts, risks, and variances. Produce financial reports and dashboards, identify savings opportunities, advise leadership, coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, finance, vendors, and contractors, and lead a team of cost controllers while improving cost-control systems and processes.

Manage project schedules, timelines, critical paths, dependencies, progress reporting, KPIs, risks, budgets, forecasts, costs, and project management systems. The role supports overall project performance and financial health while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple projects. Candidates should have experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management, with proficiency in ERP, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. Relevant APM, PRINCE2, or PMP qualifications are beneficial.
