Support EMEA sales and customer success by resolving systems issues, delivering data and dashboards, managing deal desk and Chargebee access, and building repeatable GTM processes and BI infrastructure to scale operations.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, especially Sales, while partnering with founders and GTM leaders. Define hiring needs, source and assess candidates, manage interviews and offers, build recruiting systems, develop GTM talent-market expertise, and provide data-driven pipeline insights. The role also requires using AI to improve recruiting speed and quality in a fast-growing B2B startup.

Own customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state adoption. Configure AI agents, prompts, templates, integrations, and customer workflows; lead user and hiring-manager training; monitor adoption; troubleshoot usage gaps; and create reusable onboarding assets. Manage multiple implementations, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders while tailoring the experience to each customer and helping teams achieve measurable value from the platform.

Own day-to-day accounting across US and UK entities, including collections, accounts payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, sales commissions, and month-end close. The role reports to the Head of Finance and will help select finance tools, control spending, expand into technical accounting and compliance, and build AI-driven automation for reconciliations, reporting, and close processes.

As a Sales Development Representative at Metaview, you'll generate qualified sales opportunities through effective outbound communication and engagement with potential clients. The role emphasizes building targeted account lists, drafting engaging outreach content, and maintaining pipeline quality, with an ambition to grow into an Account Executive position.

Lead strategic customer engagements to drive adoption of AI hiring workflows. Build executive relationships, manage change and onboarding, surface product insights, drive retention and expansion, run workshops, and align product and sales strategy to maximize long-term customer value.

Report to the CEO to identify high-leverage workflows across non-engineering teams, diagnose constraints, and build AI-native solutions (agents, automations) that drive commercial outcomes and reusable patterns. Set AI-native operating standards, decide build vs buy, and scale AI leverage across Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, and Talent.

Lead and scale the EMEA sales segment: own quota, recruit and coach quota-carrying sellers, develop and operationalize playbooks (MEDDIC/Command of the Message), establish reporting and cadence, and partner with enablement to onboard and grow the team.

Prospect and manage enterprise accounts for an AI recruiting platform, build and maintain a qualified pipeline, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, develop deep product and AI recruiting expertise, feed market learnings to product and founders, and build relationships with high-profile customers.
