Lead and scale the EMEA sales segment: own quota, recruit and coach quota-carrying sellers, develop and operationalize playbooks (MEDDIC/Command of the Message), establish reporting and cadence, and partner with enablement to onboard and grow the team.

Support EMEA sales and customer success by resolving systems issues, delivering data and dashboards, managing deal desk and Chargebee access, and building repeatable GTM processes and BI infrastructure to scale operations.

Prospect and manage enterprise accounts for an AI recruiting platform, build and maintain a qualified pipeline, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, develop deep product and AI recruiting expertise, feed market learnings to product and founders, and build relationships with high-profile customers.
