Own customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state adoption. Configure AI agents, prompts, templates, integrations, and customer workflows; lead user and hiring-manager training; monitor adoption; troubleshoot usage gaps; and create reusable onboarding assets. Manage multiple implementations, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders while tailoring the experience to each customer and helping teams achieve measurable value from the platform.

Shape Metaview’s brand across its website, product launches, campaigns, events, video, presentations, and physical collateral. Evolve the visual identity into scalable systems covering typography, color, illustration, icons, photography, and motion. Develop distinctive graphics, storyboard brand videos, and collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product, Events, Operations, and company founders from concept through production.

Own day-to-day accounting across US and UK entities, including collections, accounts payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, sales commissions, and month-end close. The role reports to the Head of Finance and will help select finance tools, control spending, expand into technical accounting and compliance, and build AI-driven automation for reconciliations, reporting, and close processes.
