Support the purchase ledger team by processing, coding, matching and scanning high volumes of supplier invoices, maintaining supplier accounts and aged listings, reconciling statements, preparing payment runs, creating supplier accounts, resolving invoice queries with buying teams and suppliers, and handling supplier communications.

Drive sales for Twickenham Square and Twickenham Green, qualifying buyers, managing the end-to-end sales process to exchange, maintaining show homes and CRM, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and reporting progress to Sales Leads and Regional Managers.

Support the Technical Manager by coordinating technical activities, managing project documentation, and ensuring construction compliance with building regulations and industry standards. Liaise with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver design elements on time, on budget and to quality standards. Interpret drawings and specifications and apply knowledge of modern construction techniques including high-rise concrete frames. Site-based with occasional travel to Uxbridge.
