Lead a varied caseload of complex, major, and politically sensitive planning applications and pre-applications. Conduct consultations, negotiate planning agreements, secure CIL/S106 contributions, mentor and supervise planning officers, moderate and sign off applications, ensure legal and policy compliance, prepare appeal evidence, and present at hearings. The role also supports development management projects and requires strong knowledge of the London planning system.

Maintain Camden housing estates by cleaning communal areas, managing refuse collection, reporting repairs and safety issues, completing minor repairs and specialist cleaning, and monitoring contractors. The role includes fire safety compliance, quality checks, anti-social behaviour reporting, resident engagement, and support for tenant associations. Candidates must work independently, handle physical tasks and machinery, work at heights, and respond flexibly to emergencies.

Lead the feasibility and detailed design of highway, traffic, active travel, cycle corridor, junction and public realm schemes. Produce and review drawings, geometric and drainage designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, audits and contract documents. Manage consultants, budgets and programmes; coordinate stakeholders, developers and public authorities; support consultations and negotiations; ensure legislative and technical compliance; and mentor junior staff.
