Manage London ADASS’s strategic programme and portfolio of adult social care projects, covering data and performance, commissioning, market management, digital innovation, and equality, diversity and inclusion. Collaborate with directors, councils, senior leaders, and partners; analyze data, represent the organization at regional and national meetings, lead change programmes, ensure project outcomes, and support coproduction. The role also requires strong communication, leadership, partnership working, and people-management skills.

Provide visible caretaking presence across Temporary Accommodation portfolio: maintain cleanliness, perform painting, minor repairs and specialist cleaning, assist void turnaround, ensure H&S and COSHH compliance, work with residents and stakeholders, and complete required training. Enhanced DBS required.

Lead delivery of neighbourhood Healthy Streets and strategic transport projects in the Euston–King's Cross area. Manage project planning, feasibility, stakeholder and community engagement, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, and provide transport input to planning applications and area-wide masterplanning with partners (TfL, HS2, Network Rail). Ensure schemes meet time, cost and quality criteria and support wider public realm and climate objectives.
