Produce and review drawings, geometric and drainage designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, audits and contract documents. Manage consultants, budgets and programmes; coordinate stakeholders, developers and public authorities; support consultations and negotiations; ensure legislative and technical compliance; and mentor junior staff.

Produces AutoCAD drawings, technical documentation, specifications, cost estimates, quantities, and contract documents. Conducts site visits, inspections, and surveys while incorporating safety, accessibility, sustainability, and maintenance considerations. Collaborates with engineers, project managers, consultants, contractors, developers, public bodies, residents, and businesses throughout feasibility, detailed design, consultation, and construction.

Conduct weekend and bank-holiday Mental Health Act assessments for urgent cases that cannot wait until the next working day. Manage varied caseloads, prioritize under pressure, complete accurate reports, and provide emergency social work support. Occasionally assist with Adult Social Care referrals, including no-entry cases and additional care package decisions. Work within relevant legislation and legal procedures while collaborating with an experienced EDT worker.
