Lead development of a Locally Led Urban Development Corporation for Euston: develop and finalise the business case, negotiate with government partners, engage communities and elected members, design governance and funding arrangements, lead statutory consultation and internal decisions, and coordinate establishment tasks (recruitment, resourcing, governance) while managing complex stakeholder interests in a politically sensitive regeneration programme.

Manage and inspect council-owned trees, deliver service level agreements, assess tree risk and defects, specify remedial works, advise stakeholders, perform emergency call-outs, and handle contract, financial and data administration.

Provide transition support to care-experienced young people (16–25), managing a caseload (~21–24), developing Pathway Plans, coordinating partners, advocating for housing/education/employment, conducting home visits, maintaining records, and attending professional meetings to promote independence and positive outcomes.

Lead delivery of neighbourhood Healthy Streets and strategic transport projects in the Euston–King's Cross area. Manage project planning, feasibility, stakeholder and community engagement, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, and provide transport input to planning applications and area-wide masterplanning with partners (TfL, HS2, Network Rail). Ensure schemes meet time, cost and quality criteria and support wider public realm and climate objectives.

Lead a team safeguarding council financial systems, perform complex General Ledger and bank reconciliations, resolve system errors, manage system changes/upgrades, organise and lead UAT, report unreconciled items to senior leadership, and deputise for the team manager to improve controls and processes.

Manage and reconcile all council income (~£950m/year), lead suspense account resolution, investigate unallocated items, prepare finance reports, manage cash-handling and security collection schedules, ensure compliance with financial regulations and year-end deadlines, and support junior staff.
