Build AI agents, LLM and machine learning models, evaluation pipelines, and infrastructure for self-healing software. Responsibilities include fine-tuning and deploying models, testing agent improvements, creating failure-detection tools, debugging regressions, and owning projects through production delivery. Candidates must study at Oxford or Cambridge and have an IMO, IOI, or equivalent elite achievement, plus strong programming ability, hands-on AI experience, and evidence of building useful projects.

Lead go-to-market and regional brand efforts for DACH: build presence, own events calendar, manage regional budget, localize messaging, drive pipeline with Sales/RevOps, enable sellers, and cultivate community and partnerships.

Embed with customer finance teams to map and redesign AI-first workflows, wire ERP/bank/billing integrations, configure and supervise AI agents in production, train teams, measure impact, and feed repeatable patterns into product.

Own strategic relationships with finance leaders (Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs) to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell. Outbound-focused BDR role targeting DACH finance leaders. Prospect via phone, email and LinkedIn, book high-quality meetings, create personalised outreach, partner with AEs, use AI and modern sales tools, and progress toward an AE role.

Lead and close mid-to-large enterprise sales (typically $30K–$200K+), build C-suite relationships, create account plans with technical teams, run negotiations, and own pipeline generation with BDRs. Responsible for hitting revenue targets and representing Light in fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Lead product strategy and execution for core finance product areas, turning complex financial workflows into intuitive AI-powered experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams; work directly with CFOs and finance teams to discover user needs, define priorities and metrics, and ship high-impact features from 0→1 to scale.

Lead product positioning and narrative, create and produce launch campaigns and product content, enable sales with battlecards and one-pagers, build and use AI tooling, engage customers and represent the company publicly, and collaborate with Product to define feature value and customer needs.

Build and operate backend integrations connecting the platform to corporate banking, e-invoicing, and tax systems. Design multi-tenant, reliable, auditable integration abstractions handling auth (mTLS, OAuth), ISO 20022/MT formats, retries, webhooks, and end-to-end reconciliation. Ensure data integrity across external partner APIs and production systems.

Lead partner-facing enablement for Light: train, certify, shadow and support consulting and accounting partners, ensure high-quality first deliveries, build curriculum and playbooks, and feed partner insights back into product.

The Senior Compliance Manager will oversee SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI compliance programs, coordinate audits, and ensure effective control implementation by collaborating with engineering teams.

The Senior People Partner will manage performance systems, compensation frameworks, organizational design, hiring processes, and improve HR operations while supporting company culture and growth.

Own end-to-end customer implementations for the DACH region: lead projects from kickoff to go-live, configure the platform to customers finance processes, manage data migrations and timelines, partner with senior finance leaders, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
