Provide German- and English-language support to DACH B2B SaaS customers through email, chat, and meetings. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze product malfunctions, follow up on resolutions, identify customer needs, communicate feedback and feature requests, maintain help-center content, and partner with Account Management on activation and retention.

Lead go-to-market and regional brand efforts for DACH: build presence, own events calendar, manage regional budget, localize messaging, drive pipeline with Sales/RevOps, enable sellers, and cultivate community and partnerships.

Own strategic relationships with finance leaders (Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs) to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell. Partner with customer engineering to deploy AI agents, spot and fix engagement risks, feed learnings into playbooks, and design scalable commercial motions in a fast-moving early-stage SaaS product.
