Own end-to-end Marketing hiring and support Sales recruitment across GTM roles. Partner with leaders to define roles, build scorecards, diagnose stalled searches, map talent markets, develop proactive pipelines, and close high-quality hires. The role also involves international hiring, visa sponsorship coordination, relocation support, recruiting analytics, and building AI-powered workflows to improve team efficiency.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Design, including senior and leadership hiring. Partner with hiring managers on role definition, scorecards, calibration, market analysis, compensation, and hiring strategy. Build proactive talent pools across London and Europe, support visa-sponsored relocation, improve stalled searches, and use data and AI workflows to increase recruiting effectiveness and maintain high talent density.

Own multiple concurrent ERP and financial platform implementations from contract signature through go-live. Manage customer relationships with Controllers, Finance Directors, and CFOs; translate accounting requirements into platform designs; lead data migration, scope, timelines, risk management, training, and go-live readiness. The role requires practical expertise in multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany, multi-currency, statutory reporting, and finance transformation, along with strong executive communication and independent problem-solving in a startup environment.
