Lead capital allocation, FP&A and management reporting for executive leadership and the Board. Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across operating companies. Build financial models and perform scenario analysis for M&A and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review operating company plans, and lead/direct reports to drive value creation and optimal capital allocation.

Originate and drive partnership development for specialty finance working-capital solutions, leveraging existing relationships to source opportunities, pitch tailored products, manage the sales process through deal closure, and provide market intelligence on working capital financing and potential targets.

Lead stakeholder engagement to originate, evaluate, structure and invest in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, onsite). Build and maintain financial models, prepare investment materials, lead bids and negotiations, coordinate Legal/Tax/Treasury, assess regulatory and operational risks, and drive delivery to secure long-term PPAs and project returns.

Lead architecture and strategy for CPE, in-home Wi‑Fi, Smart Home and cloud connectivity platforms. Build and maintain a curated network of senior finance leaders for discreet, exploratory conversations and early access to future CFO, Deputy CFO, or CFO-track opportunities across Liberty Global and its portfolio.

Lead and coordinate nexfibre's contribution to the Nutmeg integration plan, managing stakeholders, tracking metrics, costs and risks, leading the internal integration team, supporting governance and decision-making, and ensuring delivery of technical and commercial integration outcomes.

Lead Believ's data privacy function and support consumer, marketing and commercial legal matters. Own GDPR compliance, DPIAs, DSARs, breach response, supplier privacy risk, and privacy training. Advise on consumer law, draft terms and commercial contracts, support bids, and provide company secretariat, trademark, M&A and compliance assistance as needed.

Lead nexfibre's BI strategy, deliver dashboards and KPI governance, oversee MSA service performance reporting with VMO2, ensure data quality and governance, enable self-service analytics, and drive cross-functional reporting improvements.

Apply advanced data science, machine learning and Gen-AI to build AI-native products, perform technology due diligence, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and benchmarking. Develop analytics frameworks, KPIs, visualizations, and collaborate with Technology and AI teams to prototype AI/ML solutions and automate market and technology insights for strategic decision-making.

Lead portfolio management for Liberty Growth's ~$3.4bn investments, shaping strategy, valuation, performance monitoring and investor narrative. Partner with portfolio company finance teams, prepare board-level materials, oversee KPIs and disposals, own valuation and returns analysis, and manage/coaching of Growth team members to drive value creation across technology, infrastructure, media and sports assets.

Lead IT integration between nexfibre and partner IT providers, define integration strategy, manage delivery of BSS/OSS integrations, assure service readiness and continuity, reconcile data and assets, coordinate stakeholders, track IT spend and deliverables, ensure go-live readiness and remediation, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.

Own and manage a portfolio of 50+ renewable energy commercial contracts (PPAs, RTM, Capacity Market, CfD), ensure compliance, optimise revenue, coordinate reporting, mitigate risks, support transactions and stakeholder coordination across finance, legal and technical teams.

Lead commercial finance for Liberty Technology: manage cost profile, provide strategic financial insight, design KPI frameworks, perform in-depth analyses, support strategic initiatives, and drive process automation and continuous improvement.
