Provides legal support for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, disposals, reorganizations, and portfolio transactions. Manages transaction workstreams from due diligence through completion, drafts and negotiates agreements, identifies legal risks, advises on practical commercial solutions, coordinates internal teams and external counsel, oversees legal spend, and prepares transaction updates for senior stakeholders. The role also supports knowledge sharing and improvement of legal precedents, playbooks, and processes.

Chief Executive Officer responsible for building a new venture from incubation through launch and scalable growth. The role owns strategy, operating model, product and technology coordination, commercial performance, investment, team formation, governance, partnerships, and operational execution. The ideal candidate has built or scaled a digital, technology-enabled, fintech, marketplace, subscription, or other high-growth business and can lead across strategy and hands-on execution.

Lead Liberty Global’s sports, live events, and experience-economy investment strategy. Identify acquisition and partnership opportunities, build investment cases and financial models, lead diligence, advise senior stakeholders, and support portfolio companies including Formula E. The role combines strategy, finance, sports-sector expertise, commercial growth, and cross-functional leadership. Based in London with four office days per week.
