Leads commercial finance for Liberty Global’s Corporate entity, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cost efficiency, and revenue opportunities. Owns managed service agreements, including pricing, renewals, contract revenue analysis, performance dashboards, and SLA tracking. Partners with senior stakeholders, manages transformation initiatives, controls external spend, and develops a high-performing finance team. Requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, financial modeling, contract management, and communication skills.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, governance, liquidity planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis for a renewable energy platform. Serve as deputy to the Finance Director and provide strategic recommendations on capital allocation, financing, acquisitions, investments, and integrations. Manage finance workstreams for transactions, engage senior stakeholders, investors, lenders, and advisers, and improve planning and reporting through technology, automation, and AI.

Manage corporate tax strategy and planning across an international business. Provide tax advice on strategic initiatives, transactions, business models, compliance, reporting, and forecasting. Research complex tax issues, monitor legislation, manage tax risk, and deliver commercially focused recommendations. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, M&A, senior tax leaders, and external advisers while managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
