Lead and manage the Front Office department, oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives, engage and inspire the team to meet KPIs, deliver exceptional guest service, act as hotel ambassador, complete Duty Manager shifts, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Coordinate contracted meetings and events from booking through post-event debrief. Gather event details, rooming lists, timings, and revenue information; update Opera and Sales & Catering; produce function sheets; brief hotel operations teams; post revenue; and build client relationships to encourage rebooking, upselling, and cross-selling. Support lead generation, customer service, venue feedback, and compliance with departmental procedures.

Welcomes hotel guests and serves as an ambassador for the hotel. Manages check-in and check-out, provides local recommendations, delivers friendly and professional service, collaborates with hotel departments, and supports Front Office objectives and service standards.
