Coordinate contracted meetings and events from booking through post-event debrief. Gather client requirements, prepare function sheets, update Sales & Catering and Opera, post event revenue, and brief hotel operations teams. Build client relationships to encourage rebookings, upsell services, identify sales leads, and support revenue targets. Deliver excellent customer service while following hotel procedures and maintaining accurate event information.
