Manage meetings and events enquiries for a cluster of hotels, convert leads into bookings, produce function sheets, liaise with operations, update sales systems (Opera/Delphi), hit revenue targets, build organiser relationships, gather client feedback, and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide friendly, efficient food & beverage service, deliver exceptional guest care, resolve guest concerns, follow company policies and health & safety rules, collaborate with colleagues, use hotel systems correctly, participate in training and development, and support hotel initiatives to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Greet and serve guests in the hotel restaurant and bar, take orders, deliver food and beverages, build rapport, ensure excellent guest experiences, work collaboratively with the team, and follow hotel hospitality standards.
