Provide warm, professional front-desk service including check-in/check-out, answering phones, handling guest enquiries and complaints, upselling rooms/offers, using hotel systems, following safety and data-protection protocols, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Provide friendly, efficient food & beverage service, deliver exceptional guest care, resolve guest concerns, follow company policies and health & safety rules, collaborate with colleagues, use hotel systems correctly, participate in training and development, and support hotel initiatives to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Greet and serve guests in the hotel restaurant and bar, take orders, deliver food and beverages, build rapport, ensure excellent guest experiences, work collaboratively with the team, and follow hotel hospitality standards.
