Gather client requirements, prepare function sheets, update Sales & Catering and Opera, post event revenue, and brief hotel operations teams. Build client relationships to encourage rebookings, upsell services, identify sales leads, and support revenue targets. Deliver excellent customer service while following hotel procedures and maintaining accurate event information.

Leads sales strategy and revenue growth across a cluster of hotels, focusing on corporate, group, convention, and meetings and events segments. Responsibilities include account development, contract negotiation, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, sales planning, market analysis, CRM adoption, and team leadership. The role builds client relationships, converts new business, grows market share, coaches sales staff, and collaborates with hotel and central sales teams. Occasional travel across the UK, Ireland, and overseas may be required.

Manage meetings and events enquiries, build client relationships, convert sales leads, and support revenue targets. Prepare function sheets, maintain accurate event information in Sales & Catering, Opera, and Delphi, and coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure successful event delivery. Gather client feedback, encourage repeat business, and provide excellent customer service within a hospitality environment.

Welcomes hotel guests and serves as an ambassador for the hotel. Manages check-in and check-out, provides local recommendations, supports smooth Front Office operations, and delivers friendly, respectful service. Owns financial performance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and commercial finance support across a London hotel portfolio. Partners with general managers and regional operations leaders to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and investment returns. Leads management reporting, controls, audit support, risk management, financial analysis, and a regional finance team while driving process improvement and accountability.

Greet and serve guests in the hotel restaurant and bar, take orders, deliver food and beverages, build rapport, ensure excellent guest experiences, work collaboratively with the team, and follow hotel hospitality standards.
