Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead responses. Conduct discovery calls, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, arrange demos with Account Executives, follow leads through early pipeline stages, and support the Business Development team with sales-related and cross-functional activities. Occasional domestic and international travel.

Build and maintain platform features, partner with product and customers to design solutions, use and validate AI-assisted tools, reason about system interactions and data flows, contribute to technical decisions and code quality, and own outcomes end-to-end.

Lead and improve internal operations across processes, SaaS stack, revenue operations (Salesforce), workspace/facilities, procurement, device/hardware management, data/reporting (QuickSight), and security support. Own supplier relationships and budgets, drive process improvements, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain knowledge systems, and run the London office. Work closely with COO and CPO, enable AI adoption, and manage stakeholders across the business.

Drive new enterprise business by planning outreach with BD and Marketing, running discovery calls and demos, managing pipeline to close, handing off closed accounts, mentoring juniors, and refining BD processes while collaborating cross-functionally.
