The role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our product. Acting as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure our solutions effectively meet market needs while driving positioning, messaging, demand generation, and adoption. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to maximise the impact and success of our products in the legal market.

What you would be doing

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the role would involve the following:

  • Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on the legal industry landscape, competitive products, and emerging trends. Analyse customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviours to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling, differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Define market segments, buyer personas, and customer profiles to ensure strategic alignment between product capabilities and marketing communications.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams. Drive product marketing thematic campaigns that highlight key use cases, customer challenges, and product innovations to enhance market awareness and engagement.
  • Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Create and maintain collateral, including battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers, to support sales and customer success teams in driving adoption.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Work with internal SMEs to create high-impact materials such as blog posts, whitepapers, website copy, and webinars that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Customer Advocacy: Partner with Customer Success to identify and showcase success stories through case studies, testimonials, and industry events.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Track product marketing performance, analyse data-driven insights, and refine strategies to maximise impact.
  • Knowledge Management: Work closely with the Head of Product to support the maintenance and enhancement of the Knowledge Base, ensuring up-to-date and accessible product information for internal teams and customers.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a "can-do" attitude. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong English communication and listening skills (spoken and written);
  • A right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we are not in a position to support visa sponsorship at this stage); and
  • An ability to work from our London office 1-2 days per week.
