About Clearer.io

Clearer.io builds AI-powered products that help eCommerce brands grow smarter — from discovery to conversion to loyalty. Our flagship platform, REVIEWS.io, helps merchants capture authentic customer feedback, build trust at scale, and turn reviews into actionable insights that drive sales and retention.

We’re reshaping how brands use reviews — not just as social proof, but as a data engine that informs smarter decisions, better experiences, and stronger customer relationships.

The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for REVIEWS.io. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth, and AI, transforming complex technology into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with brands and agencies worldwide.

You’ll define how our AI-powered reviews and customer intelligence tools are presented to the market, ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, revenue, and retention.

What you'll do:

  • Product Positioning & Storytelling Craft clear, differentiated messaging that communicates how REVIEWS.io helps merchants build trust and grow through AI-powered review and customer insight tools. Translate new features and AI capabilities — from sentiment analysis to review response automation — into compelling value propositions for merchants and partners.
  • Go-to-Market & Launch Execution Plan and execute GTM strategies for new features, integrations, and AI updates. Partner with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to build unified launch plans that drive adoption and measurable impact.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to uncover opportunities in the evolving eCommerce and AI landscape. Use insights to shape messaging frameworks, campaign strategy, and product feedback loops.
  • Sales Enablement & Education: Create impactful content — sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, feature explainers, that empower commercial teams. Develop educational materials and customer stories showcasing how AI enhances outcomes in trust, engagement, and growth.
  • AI-Driven Performance Marketing: Collaborate with Growth to experiment with AI in campaign testing, audience segmentation, and personalized messaging. Measure the performance of product marketing initiatives and continuously optimize for clarity, conversion, and retention.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or eCommerce technology.
  • strong understanding of AI in marketing or customer experience — from automation to insight generation.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you can distill complex ideas into customer-first narratives.
  • Proven experience managing go-to-market campaigns, launches, and adoption strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills across product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-moving environment where products, customers, and competitors evolve rapidly.

Why clearer.io

  • Impact: Define how the next generation of merchants builds trust through intelligent reviews.
  • Innovation: Work with AI technologies shaping the future of customer experience and commerce data.
  • Growth: Join a global team scaling fast in one of the most dynamic spaces in SaaS.
  • Rewards: Competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based incentives in a culture that values autonomy, creativity, and ownership.
