Own revenue operations across marketing, partnerships, sales, and customer-facing teams. Design lead-to-revenue processes, administer the GTM technology stack, maintain CRM data quality, build pipeline and forecasting dashboards, and lead forecasting reviews. Identify and implement AI use cases, including automated enrichment, lead research, call analysis, and forecasting support. Train teams, manage adoption, and partner with IT, Security, and Legal on data privacy and governance.

Design scalable investment-platform solutions, optimize client workflows, support onboarding and adoption, deliver training and demonstrations, manage complex escalations, test new functionality, provide product feedback, enable internal teams, and support presales and expansion opportunities. The role requires expertise in investment operations, portfolio analytics, reporting, risk, cash management, private assets, and financial data workflows, along with interest in AI and automation.

Owns end-to-end design and delivery of scalable Kotlin and Java backend systems for a fintech SaaS platform. Partners closely with Product, architects distributed services, models complex financial data, builds reliable ingestion pipelines, and ensures security, performance, observability, testing, and availability. The role remains hands-on while mentoring engineers, shaping technical standards, reviewing AI-generated code, and leading significant cross-service initiatives.
