Lead product discovery and delivery for Kraken's utilities platform (water industry focus). Drive end-to-end product ownership: discovery, prioritisation, data-driven decision making, and large enterprise client migrations while collaborating with engineering, implementation, and customer teams.

Lead long-term international market development by engaging regulators, politicians, and utility C-level executives; map political and regulatory landscapes; create a Market Entry Guidebook; build deep institutional trust and strategic narratives to position Kraken as the partner of choice years before procurement. Extensive international travel and executive stakeholder management required.

Manage and improve HR systems (HiBob, ATS), own global People Ops initiatives across onboarding, mobility and exits, coordinate onboarding logistics, support visa operations and documentation, localise policies, advise managers on people tools and collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent and Payroll to ensure compliant, scalable processes.
