Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close for Klaviyo’s MarTech SaaS solutions. Build and manage an EMEA pipeline, sell to founders, business owners, and marketing stakeholders, conduct outbound prospecting, forecast accurately, and develop long-term territory strategies. The role also supports peers, guides new Account Executives, and contributes to adjacent sales initiatives. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Own enterprise sales across prospecting, pipeline creation, executive discovery, competitive deal execution, forecasting, closing, expansion, and renewals. Sell Klaviyo’s multi-product platform to large organizations, engaging C-level stakeholders and coordinating solutions engineering, partners, marketing, legal, security, procurement, and customer decision-makers. The role requires building business cases, managing complex nine- to eighteen-month sales cycles, and achieving multi-million-dollar quotas.

Manage approximately 40 digital marketing agency and systems integrator partners across the Spanish region. Build trusted relationships, develop partner growth strategies, manage referrals and co-selling opportunities, communicate Klaviyo’s platform value, and support revenue objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams while coaching partners on business growth and profitability. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, with up to 25% regional travel and possible additional European travel.

Build and scale full-stack services supporting international SMS expansion and RCS capabilities. Design new services, work across monolithic and microservices architectures, optimize databases and application performance, develop CI/CD pipelines, debug production issues, and collaborate across teams. The role involves Python, Django, Go, React, AWS, distributed systems, and modern DevOps tooling, with a focus on reliable mobile messaging products for global customers.

Manage enterprise customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and developing customized success plans. Drive retention, expansion, upgrades, and revenue growth across email, SMS, and digital channels. Review customer performance, resolve issues, communicate product updates, provide software guidance, and share feedback with Product and Engineering. The role requires consultative marketing technology expertise, commercial confidence, creative problem-solving, and collaboration in a hybrid London environment.

The Account Executive will drive mid-enterprise sales across Northern Europe, developing client and partner relationships, managing the sales process, and delivering revenue through Klaviyo’s marketing technology platform. The role may involve client or partner work, team meetings, industry events, and new-hire onboarding, with travel of up to 10%.

Build and maintain detection-as-code, security tooling, and automated response workflows across enterprise, cloud, and product environments. Triage alerts, investigate and respond to cyber threats, conduct digital forensics and threat hunts, support security data lakes and SIEM platforms, and develop AI-first security systems. The role includes on-call participation, collaboration with threat intelligence, pipeline improvements, and mentoring other security engineers.
