The Partnerships team mission is to help drive Klaviyo's Owned Marketing vision forward by building & deepening relationships with the best advisory firms and technology companies in the world. Our marketing agency and system integrator partners are trusted advisors to high growth brands of all sizes and around the world. In turn, these partners rely on Klaviyo to help them deliver exceptional experiences to these brands--whether through direct referrals or through close collaboration with Klaviyo on the brands' use of Klaviyo software.
As our Associate Partner Account Manager (APAM) you'll play a crucial role on the front lines in supporting our agency partnerships by delivering an exceptional experience for existing partners. You'll properly qualify and learn about referrals that our agency partners are providing, looping in the sales team when appropriate. You'll be focused on working with the book of active agencies at-scale, with a mindset for finding the 'diamonds in the rough' within our long tail of partners. You'll focus on the foundational elements of our partner program, while providing a top notch experience for our partner ecosystem.
How you'll make an impact

  • Manage relationships: Nurture a portfolio of approx 350 partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Drive partner growth: Develop and implement scalable strategies to drive growth across a high volume of partners, focusing on a quarterly list of 20 high-potential agencies to deliver outcomes
  • Lead referrals and co-selling: build and manage a lead referral pipeline between klaviyo and your partners, identifying co-selling opportunities to drive mutual success
  • Showcase klaviyo expertise: articulate the value of klaviyo's platform, differentiating it from competitors and demonstrating how it can improve partners' profitability and business outcomes
  • Operate with revenue goals: be comfortable operating with revenue-focused objectives, ensuring partners contribute meaningfully to Klaviyo's growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to educate partners on platform enhancements and support their integration into their offerings
  • Travel: spend up to 25% of your time traveling across UK/ Ireland and Europe to build relationships and attend events


Who You Are
Experience:

  • 2+ years in Partnerships, Channel, Account Management, Sales, or Commercial Customer Success roles within SaaS (preferably in MarTech or working with eCommerce-focused accounts)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships in a high-velocity, high-volume environment with a focus on driving partner productivity
  • Comfortable working in high velocity environments
  • Comfortable working with a high volume of partners


Languages:

  • Fluent in English(written and verbal)
  • Bilingual German


Skills:

  • Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities across all levels of seniority, with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Adept at identifying and aligning partner goals with Klaviyo's platform capabilities


Mindset:

  • Collaborative, strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering value


Other Requirements:

  • Willing and able to travel across the UK/ Ireland and Europe as needed

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law.
Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
£38,080 - £57,120 GBP
