Kinhub
Kinhub is the employee health and wellbeing platform that empowers working lives by supporting personal lives.
Workplaces of today are suffering from poor retention, high levels of burnout and a lack of diversity and inclusivity in their teams. Half of the people who leave a company do so because of unhealthy work-life boundaries and of those women and people of colour are worst affected. This mass talent drain and absenteeism is costing employees and businesses alike. Stress-related illness alone costs UK employers more than £56 billion annually.
Our personalised platform supports your employees by providing curated content, expert-led guidance and online and in-person coaching from industry-leading experts. We understand that the personal challenges your employees face vary from person to person. Kinhub is positioned to offer personalised support on topics including fertility, pregnancy and birth, childcare and eldercare, mental health support, relationships and divorce, menopause, manopause and financial wellbeing. And our manager training and team workshops are designed to help you strengthen and shape the psychological safety of your business at the same time.
Kinhub (formerly ‘Kami’) was founded in 2019 by co-founders Erika Brodnock, Jacob Herandi and Helen Yannakoudakis and is already supporting teams at organisations including the University of Oxford, JP Morgan, Factset and the University of Exeter and is funded by Morgan Stanley and Google for Startups.
