Lead business development for Mission Technology Solutions in Poland: identify and qualify defence opportunities, build government and military relationships, lead bids and proposals, manage a strong sales pipeline, monitor market and competitors, and represent the company for direct commercial sales.

Lead technical and commercial delivery of FEED and detailed design LNG projects or portfolios, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, HSE and client satisfaction. Build and mentor global teams, manage contracts, risks, subcontractors, reporting (including Earned Value), and support business development activities.
