Provides senior technical authority for KBR’s UK Defence Nuclear Technology Solutions Division. Owns technical strategy, architecture, governance, assurance, risk management, innovation, and delivery quality across complex defence and nuclear programmes. Supports bids, customer engagement, investment decisions, and technical recovery efforts while ensuring compliance with defence, cybersecurity, export-control, and classified-system standards. Mentors senior technologists and develops technical leadership across the organisation.

Lead business development for Mission Technology Solutions in Poland: identify and qualify defence opportunities, build government and military relationships, lead bids and proposals, manage a strong sales pipeline, monitor market and competitors, and represent the company for direct commercial sales.

Lead enterprise architecture for complex, high-assurance programmes. Translate strategic objectives and evolving requirements into cohesive end-to-end solutions spanning people, processes, technology, operations, commercial functions, and supply chain. Develop architecture models, diagrams, principles, standards, governance artefacts, and supporting documentation. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, gaps, and design conflicts while engaging senior stakeholders and subject matter experts. Ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, integrated, and deliverable within regulated or safety-critical environments.
