Qualify and process customer inquiries, provide initial technical consultation, manage leads/opportunities in Salesforce, prepare proposals and quotes, support field sales with tenders and technical configurations, handle order processing, and run channel/customer acquisition campaigns while coordinating with Marketing, Service, and Order Management.
