Lead Jupiter's Investment Risk function, providing independent oversight and commercial risk advice across asset classes. Own and enhance the Investment Risk Framework, drive automation and analytics, support portfolio construction, product launches, regulatory reporting, governance, stress testing and balance sheet risk management, and develop a high-performing risk team.

Provide operational oversight of outsourced middle-office activities and support investment managers and trading teams. Monitor lifecycle of exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, manage BAU middle-office processes, support new derivative product implementations and fund changes, liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party providers, and act as escalation point for complex issues.

Lead and enhance the first-line Investment Management control framework, manage BAU enquiries, monitor governance and FO investment guidelines (including SFDR), produce MI, maintain IM procedures, liaise with 2LOD/3LOD, oversee incident investigation and remediation, and support strategic/mandatory change and Investment Oversight recommendations.

Partner with Portfolio Managers, Analysts and Traders to design, configure and govern BlackRock Aladdin workflows.
