Lead the Senior Managers and Certification Regime for an enhanced asset management firm on a six-month contract. Responsibilities include managing senior manager applications, Statements of Responsibility, fitness and propriety assessments, SMCR training, responsibility maps, conduct reporting, handovers, management information, and control forums. The role advises senior leaders, HR, and Compliance on conduct cases and organizational design while supporting SMCR integration across the group.

Partners with senior executives, the CFOO, Board, and business leaders to provide financial insight and decision support. Leads forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, financial modelling, commercial analysis, and performance reporting. Translates financial data into actionable recommendations, challenges assumptions, supports strategic projects, improves finance processes and controls, and contributes to board-level reporting and presentations.

Design and produce high-quality, branded PowerPoint presentations and data visualisations for investment and sales teams. Manage end-to-end delivery, ensure data accuracy and compliance, maintain template and asset libraries, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve presentation standards and processes.
