Provide operational oversight of outsourced middle-office activities and support investment managers and trading teams. Monitor lifecycle of exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, manage BAU middle-office processes, support new derivative product implementations and fund changes, liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party providers, and act as escalation point for complex issues.

Manage investment risk across fixed income, equity, illiquid, and multi-asset portfolios. Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, front-office risk analysis, monitoring portfolio thresholds, maintaining controls, supporting risk projects, improving data quality and automation, responding to fund manager and client queries, and maintaining FCA and EU regulatory knowledge.

Interim Tax Manager responsible for UK corporate tax returns, global tax coordination, tax ledger management, compliance controls, tax advice, and transformation initiatives. The role will drive tax automation, develop responsible AI tool usage, monitor tax law changes, support fund tax matters, and manage projects such as permanent establishment reviews and R&D claims. Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, project management, communication, analytical, and Excel skills are required.
