Leads procurement and contracting strategies for offshore wind project packages, including supply-chain engagement, pre-bid planning, cost modeling, risk assessment, RFIs/RFPs, contract drafting and negotiation, supplier agreements, post-award management, compliance, cost optimization, and claims avoidance. Partners with category and project teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and value-driven contracting outcomes.

Define and improve O&M strategies and organizational models for offshore wind projects. Support tenders and business development with technical/commercial analysis, engage supply chain and partners, lead translation of R&D into O&M solutions, identify risks and opportunities, support training and knowledge sharing, and occasionally work offshore with travel as needed.

Leads end-to-end EPCI delivery for the 1.5 GW Mona offshore wind farm and transmission system. Oversees design, engineering, certification, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, commissioning, handover, package integration, CAPEX, energy yield, and contracting strategy. Manages multidisciplinary teams, global supply chains, substantial budgets, schedule, quality, safety, consents, and UK legislative compliance.

Lead project cost control for large offshore wind CAPEX projects: implement cost management systems, own budgeting/forecasting/reporting, track VOWD and commitments, provide variance analysis and monthly financial reports, and maintain project masterdata in SAP.

Lead and coordinate all Development Consent Order (DCO) and other consenting application activities for the Morven Hawthorn Pit Grid Connection Project. Manage preparation, submission, examination, and post-submission processes; ensure statutory compliance and governance; act as primary procedural contact with Planning Inspectorate, stakeholders, and advisors; oversee document quality assurance, action logs, consultations, hearings, and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves steering project developments from a financing perspective, coordinating with lenders, supervising financial modeling, and monitoring financing trends in the offshore wind sector.
