Develop sourcing and contracting strategies, manage commercial evaluations and negotiations, draft contract terms, oversee supplier relationships and post-award activities, support local-content opportunities, and improve compliant procure-to-pay processes. The role requires strong commercial judgment, contracting expertise, stakeholder management, and experience operating in collaborative, changing environments.

Leads procurement and contracting strategies for offshore wind project packages, including supply-chain engagement, pre-bid planning, cost modeling, risk assessment, RFIs/RFPs, contract drafting and negotiation, supplier agreements, post-award management, compliance, cost optimization, and claims avoidance. Partners with category and project teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and value-driven contracting outcomes.

Define and improve O&M strategies and organizational models for offshore wind projects. Support tenders and business development with technical/commercial analysis, engage supply chain and partners, lead translation of R&D into O&M solutions, identify risks and opportunities, support training and knowledge sharing, and occasionally work offshore with travel as needed.
