Implements and improves the corporate risk management framework across global business functions. The role facilitates risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting; maintains risk registers; prepares reports for senior leadership and Board Committees; leads cross-functional risk initiatives; monitors emerging offshore wind risks; and promotes an organization-wide risk culture.

Owns end-to-end accounting for assigned legal entities, including transaction processing, payments, accruals, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, tax compliance, cash management, statutory reporting, and audit coordination. The role also drives accounting process automation, maintains internal controls, and supports group reporting within a multinational offshore wind company.

Supports corporate development and investment teams through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, investment analysis, and M&A or partnership transaction execution. Evaluates offshore wind asset and company opportunities, identifies key value drivers, prepares decision materials, communicates financial impacts, and supports investment approvals with senior management and governance committees.
