Own Jack & Jill’s London events and community strategy end to end, from concept and logistics through execution and follow-up. Transform each event into social content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X to expand reach, grow the audience, and generate pipeline. Build relationships with London founders, VCs, and operators, measure awareness and acquisition outcomes, and create the company’s events and community playbook from scratch as an individual contributor.

Build scalable internal GTM systems, AI agents, integrations, and commercial tooling. Monitor account usage and health, identify expansion and churn signals, and automate timely customer interventions. Collaborate with engineering and customers to improve product enablement and customer experience. This hands-on 0-to-1 role requires strong systems thinking, commercial judgment, technical execution, and comfort working in an intense, highly ambiguous environment.
