Mentor and provide technical guidance to other ML researchers and contribute to research direction and presentations.

Build, operate, and optimize a high-throughput inference platform serving large ML models. Harden and scale inference services, drive architectural tooling decisions, collaborate with research and applied ML teams, and deliver well-tested, reliable features for production model serving.

Lead and build the company's procurement function: design procurement policy, manage RFPs, select and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts, optimize costs, mitigate vendor risks, and oversee category spend across IT, software, data, and professional services.

Build and operate large-scale bioinformatics pipelines to transform raw biological data into ML-ready, version-controlled datasets. Harmonize public and internal databases, implement mapping/versioning strategies, partner with ML and research teams, provide deployed-engineer support, and document curation processes to enable reproducible model training and accelerate drug discovery.

As a Research Engineer, you will develop and optimize AI models for drug discovery, collaborating with scientists to advance ML applications in biopharmaceuticals.

As a Support Engineer, you will provide technical support, develop automation tools, manage 3rd party integrations, and assist with employee onboarding.

As a Data Management Specialist, you will integrate experimental data for drug discovery, collaborate with teams, and develop data workflows to support decision-making.

As a Data Curator, you'll integrate and curate biomedical datasets, ensuring quality for machine learning applications in drug discovery, while collaborating with research teams.

Lead the development and CMC strategy for next-generation biologics and ADCs, overseeing technical development and ensuring scalable manufacturing.
