Research Engineer responsible for optimizing large language model post-training and scaling frontier models for drug discovery. The role involves distributed training and inference performance optimization, fine-tuning and reinforcement learning framework evaluation, bottleneck diagnosis, production system deployment, and low-precision methods. The engineer will collaborate with research and engineering teams across machine learning, computational biology, and chemistry.

Supports the President’s executive team by preparing meeting spaces and materials, coordinating events and offsites, welcoming high-profile guests, managing couriers and local logistics, handling executive errands, and responding to real-time operational needs. The role requires polished hospitality, confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and operate scalable bioinformatics pipelines that transform raw genomics, proteomics, and other biological data into curated, version-controlled datasets for machine learning and drug discovery. Harmonize public and internal biological databases, establish standardized data primitives, support research teams as a deployed engineer, and provide documentation, training, and user enablement across computational biology, chemistry, and drug development teams.
