Drive business development with PE and C-suite, manage and develop junior staff, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to thought leadership and sector research.

Lead development and delivery of global reward strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Design compensation frameworks, equity programmes, bonus and incentive plans, and oversee annual pay review cycles. Provide benchmarking, reward analytics, governance and compliance advice, support MD hires and M&A integration, and act as trusted adviser to senior leaders and the Remuneration Committee to attract and retain talent.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Interpath, partnering with leadership to source, engage, and hire candidates across markets. Improve recruitment processes, manage the ATS, conduct interviews, use data-driven insights, and support employer branding to scale teams in a fast-growing financial advisory firm.

Lead execution of M&A transactions (£20m–£200m), perform financial analysis and modelling, prepare client presentations, manage client relationships, drive business development, and mentor junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality deal delivery.

Lead teams delivering pre- and post-deal operational advisory (carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, value creation). Drive performance improvement, cost reduction, Day-1 readiness and 100-day plans, engage stakeholders, build PE/corporate relationships, and coach junior staff to ensure deal targets and tight delivery timelines.

Lead fund finance advisory engagements end-to-end, deliver strategic capital and financing solutions, manage client relationships, conduct market analysis, prepare pitches and financial models, mentor junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify new business opportunities to grow the firm’s fund finance practice.

Work on restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements for corporates, lenders and stakeholders. Prepare financial analysis, cashflow forecasts, reports and presentations; conduct industry and company research; manage case administration; draft client correspondence and documentation; liaise with legal advisers and stakeholders; and keep current with insolvency legislation while pursuing professional development.
