Lead execution of M&A transactions (£20m–£200m), perform financial analysis and modelling, prepare client presentations, manage client relationships, drive business development, and mentor junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality deal delivery.

Own and improve the Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS) globally, provide SME support, manage user support/training, prioritise BAU backlog, and lead the migration from IPS SQL to IPS Cloud alongside vendors and internal teams.
