Lead integration and separation projects from pre-deal through execution. Manage multiple workstreams, develop day-one readiness and integration plans, conduct pre-deal diligence, mitigate risks, report progress to senior management, handle project administration, and train junior team members.

Manage a portfolio of Members' Voluntary Liquidations from appointment to closure, ensuring statutory compliance, advising on pre-liquidation planning and due diligence, coaching junior staff, leading business development, and maintaining client relationships while monitoring legislative and process changes.

Manage M&A tax engagements including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and complex corporation tax returns. Develop client relationships, generate M&A tax opportunities, support restructurings and refinancing, and train junior team members. Work closely with insolvency practice on rescue, turnaround and managed exits.
