Manage operational due diligence, carve-out, integration, synergy, and post-acquisition value creation projects for private equity and corporate clients. Responsibilities include analyzing operational risks and improvement opportunities, preparing client materials, coordinating workstreams, monitoring project delivery, supporting business development, and coaching junior team members.

Leads operational deal advisory engagements, including due diligence, post-merger integration, separation planning, performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and transformation. Owns client workstreams, develops analyses and financial models, prepares reports and presentations, manages delivery risks, supports business development, builds client relationships, and mentors junior consultants across private equity and corporate engagements.

Manage end-to-end accounting and tax compliance across multiple entities, drive month-end/quarter/year-end close, analyse costs and variances, improve intercompany reconciliations and cost processes, produce board and lender reporting, support audits and statutory accounts, and partner with FP&A, Tax, Payroll and wider finance teams to strengthen controls and reporting.
