Supports Financial Services M&A transactions through financial modeling, valuation, data analysis, industry research, due diligence, project management, client presentations, and deal execution. The role involves preparing pitch decks, information memoranda, marketing materials, and buyer or seller databases while analyzing complex datasets and market developments. The Assistant Manager works across multiple transactions, collaborates with senior and cross-functional teams, and maintains direct client exposure.

Supports tax deal advisory for M&A, restructuring, and refinancing transactions. Prepares tax reviews for insolvent companies and drafts corporation tax returns for solvent and insolvent businesses. The role includes business development, thought leadership, client interaction, and work across multiple industries and international assignments. Professional development includes training and mentorship toward ATT and CTA or ACA qualifications.
