Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for Technology sector clients: prepare FDD/VDD, assess Quality of Earnings, NWC, debt-like items, forecast risks, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and support business development.

Lead integration and separation projects from pre-deal through execution. Manage multiple workstreams, develop day-one readiness and integration plans, conduct pre-deal diligence, mitigate risks, report progress to senior management, handle project administration, and train junior team members.
