Manages mid-market client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and product adoption. Responsibilities include meeting growth KPIs, coordinating technical and operational account setup, monitoring traffic and financial risks, analyzing client data, troubleshooting activity with internal tools, forecasting business performance, updating Salesforce, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting onboarding and mentoring.

Own integrated marketing strategy for assigned markets. Lead local brand awareness, thought leadership, content localization, events, and regional field support. Coordinate with PR, Social, Content, regional and HQ teams. Manage marketing plans, budgets, reporting, ROI measurement, and continuous improvement.
