Provides administrative and coordination support for vendor partnerships and sales operations. Responsibilities include managing quotes, forecasts, reporting, renewals, databases, stock, pricing, vendor training, marketing campaigns, customer projects, and revenue and margin tracking. The role supports sales strategy, maintains vendor and customer relationships, and ensures responsive customer service in a hybrid commercial environment.

Supports supply chain operations through supplier coordination, order booking and shipping, reverse logistics, inventory policy management, MRP execution, reporting, and data analysis. The role monitors KPIs, maintains business data, documents processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with purchasing and operations teams to support effective decision-making.

Own partner success across onboarding, platform adoption, transacting, and growth on the CORE cloud marketplace. Lead platform demos, pre-sales enablement, training, onboarding readiness, partner-health monitoring, issue escalation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to remove barriers, resolve root causes, improve partner engagement, and ensure successful commercial outcomes.
