Supports UK&I Retail and central functions in embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Interns will assess risks from events such as wildfires and earthquakes, analyze datasets, improve risk-analysis accuracy, create reports and presentations, and translate complex findings into business insights. Candidates will collaborate with brokers and analytics specialists on client projects. Applicants must be in their penultimate year of a STEM, Economics, or Geography degree, have at least a B in A-level Mathematics, and hold unrestricted UK work rights.

Paid 10-week internship supporting Howden’s Financial Lines Group Operations team. Responsibilities include client onboarding, preparing insurance documentation, processing premiums, supporting reporting, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating with brokers across Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Directors & Officers insurance. Interns will use internal broking systems, Power BI, contract builders, portals, and Microsoft Excel while learning about Lloyd’s and company insurance markets.

A 10-week specialty insurance broking internship in London. Interns will support specialist teams, learn how risks are assessed and insurance placements structured, update policies, prepare insurance slips, and build relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues. Placements may include Jewellers, Professional Services, Cyber, Directors & Officers, or Marine. The programme provides training and may lead to a deferred graduate offer.

Business Intelligence interns analyze financial and market data, research industry trends, maintain the Nova market insights platform, validate automation and AI outputs, and create charts and evidence for reports. They support analytical projects for colleagues and clients in the global reinsurance market while developing commercial analysis, research, communication, and problem-solving skills. The 10-week London programme begins in June 2027 and may lead to a graduate role.
