Drive change management for a global Workday Financials implementation, including change planning, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, business readiness, communications, training coordination, adoption reporting, metrics, governance, and post-go-live hypercare. The role will align change activities with programme milestones, manage dependencies and readiness risks, support stakeholder adoption, and coordinate implementation communications across global and local teams.

Provides food, beverage, and hospitality services for customers and clients. Responsibilities include preparing service areas, stocking supplies, assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with C.O.S.H.H. regulations, handling customer requests and complaints, supporting daily setups, and maintaining high customer-care standards.

Oversee operational delivery and technology-led transformation across systems, data, and process workstreams. Lead data remediation, governance, continuous improvement, migrations, acquisitions, and platform upgrades. Coordinate resources, timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational risk resolution. Translate technical requirements for business audiences while improving workflows, data quality, automation, and service reliability. The role also offers progression toward people leadership.
