Maintain accurate financial records by processing purchase invoices, managing office cash books, receipting/debiting in Risk Manager, responding to audit queries, supporting month-end procedures and producing reports, and assisting the finance team with ad-hoc requests.

Support the HR Business Partner to deliver commercially focused HR services across Central Functions, Private Clients and Tech. Provide day-to-day HR support, contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent and rewards activities, support organisational change, analyse HR data, collaborate with COEs, and act as a point of contact for employee relations and lifecycle matters.

Coordinate and deliver DEI initiatives across HR, embed inclusive practices in recruitment, manage DEI action plans and events, draft communications, provide reporting and administrative support, and coordinate stakeholders and candidate processes to ensure timely delivery of DEI and recruitment objectives.
