Lead client engagement and broker-facing activity to integrate climate and ESG advisory into Howden propositions. Support outreach, proposal and RFP development, cross-practice solution design, pipeline analysis, and governance. Build collateral, train brokers, coordinate SMEs, and drive commercial strategies to win and retain clients for climate services.

Partner with the Group Chief Data Officer to drive Group Data & Analytics strategy, coordinate global transformation and AI initiatives, manage planning, budgeting and vendor relationships, produce executive reporting and communications, support acquisition integrations, and build a high-performing global data community across a complex international organisation.

Sell and advise on consumer and local commercial insurance products. Build client relationships, listen to needs, design tailored solutions, and pursue industry qualifications. Receive on-the-job training, coaching, and career progression within the business while supporting niche product specialisms and contributing to team growth.
