Govern and continuously improve IT Change Management across global, regulated infrastructure and operations. Chair CAB/ECAB, assess and approve changes, manage vendor and internal change oversight, ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance, align changes with CMDB and release cycles, report performance, and support projects as SME or sponsor.

Support people analytics by maintaining HR data systems, producing dashboards and reports, delivering ad-hoc analyses (attrition, leave), implementing survey reporting frameworks, improving data quality and governance, and partnering with HR, HRIS, Finance and IT to drive people insights and automation.

Lead technical governance and architecture for group-wide AI: assess vendors and tools, enforce standards, provide hands-on technical oversight of internal and third-party AI delivery, enable teams with practical guidance on agent development, retrieval, prompting and evaluation, and act as technical partner to the Head of AI.
