Own end-to-end SaaS implementations for EMEA customers, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, workflow automation, data migration, testing, training, go-live, documentation, and handover. Manage project plans, scope, budgets, risks, and timelines while serving as the primary technical and client contact. Collaborate with Product and global teams on complex projects and continuously improve implementation quality and customer outcomes.

Conduct outbound prospecting across the UK and Ireland through calls, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up. Research accounts, qualify prospects, uncover business needs, book meetings for Account Executives, nurture opportunities, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and achieve activity and opportunity targets while positioning EHS and compliance solutions with mid-to-senior stakeholders.
