Partner with account managers to design and present HPE Networking solutions, run demonstrations, workshops and proofs-of-concept, support discovery and evaluations, build customer relationships, and develop pre-sales expertise across Wi-Fi, switching, security, SD-WAN and related enterprise networking technologies.

Leads hybrid cloud solutions sales across the UKIMEA region, driving revenue, market share, transformation, and strategic growth. Oversees multi-country sales teams, quotas, pipeline management, customer and partner relationships, portfolio strategy, resource planning, succession planning, and talent development. Requires strong technology-industry experience, progressive sales leadership, P&L management, financial acumen, and expertise in hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise solutions.

Drive growth of HPE's security portfolio by building long-term pipelines, winning complex enterprise deals, supporting account teams, engaging C‑suite stakeholders, and coordinating partners. Sell hardware, software, and services; manage deal orchestration, forecasting, CRM discipline, and customer references to achieve high-value quotas and renewals.

Drive pipeline and revenue for HPE data center networking and AI connectivity across assigned accounts. Act as inside architectural SME, design solutions with Sales Engineers, engage executives, qualify opportunities, and maintain pipeline/forecasting in Salesforce.
