You’ll coach a team of enterprise sellers, own a revenue target, and build relationships with senior decisionmakers at some of our largest accounts. This is a role for a proven sales leader who wants real ownership and room to grow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop your team: Coach, mentor, and hold your sellers accountable so they hit and exceed quota. You’ll run regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and one-on-ones.
  • Own the plan: Build and execute a business plan for your segment that ties to company goals and drives profitable growth and market share.
  • Lead key accounts: Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, and step in on strategic deals when it matters.
  • Manage the pipeline: Maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy mix of near-term wins and longer-cycle opportunities.
  • Teach consultative selling: Help your team uncover client needs and position our solutions around measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the competition: Turn market and competitor insight into practical strategies and messaging for your team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience as a sales manager, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team quota
  • Experience selling or managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (enterprise or mid-market to enterprise experience is a strong plus)
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and delivering progressively larger targets
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent coaching skills and a record of developing and retaining talent. Ability to teach and coach Force Management sales methodology and MEDDICC qualification.
  • Comfort engaging and influencing executive-level buyers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Why Join Us:
  • A forward-thinking company with a strong market presence
  • Clear paths for career growth and ongoing professional development
  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and benefits package
