Lead and grow a team of Onboarding Success Managers to deliver smooth onboarding for new UK customers. Drive onboarding strategy, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, implement improvements, track performance metrics (CES, CSAT), and ensure customer adoption. Hire, coach, and develop staff while managing multiple onboarding projects and stakeholder communications.

Lead a team of 4–6 engineers to drive architectural decisions, improve reliability, observability, CI/CD, and developer experience. Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, planning, incident preparedness, and automation. Collaborate with product and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable AWS-based systems, enforce engineering governance, and continuously improve delivery and operational readiness.

Lead a regional sales team to achieve sales, gross profit and budget targets. Recruit, coach, and develop TSMs, allocate targets and resources, govern pricing/discounts, build customer and vendor relationships, drive sales strategy execution, and report on regional performance while representing the HSD business at dental events.
