Own and scale lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Design segmented, behavior-led customer journeys; maintain lifecycle roadmaps; analyze performance data; optimize customer programs; and partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive product adoption, retention, upsell, and customer experience. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Owns IFS Cloud environment and release management, including deployments, governance, configuration, integrations, and change controls. Leads data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, bulk uploads, and platform standardization. Supports PSO integrations and MWO entities while coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multiple change streams. The role requires hands-on IFS Cloud expertise, strong SQL and API knowledge, ITIL practices, release tools, risk management, and continuous improvement in a multinational environment.
