Owns IFS Cloud environment and release management, including deployments, governance, configuration, integrations, and change controls. Leads data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, bulk uploads, and platform standardization. Own and maintain IFS ERP master data, including persons, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations, companies, sites, and organizational structures. Support data onboarding, bulk updates, troubleshooting, data-quality improvement, governance, and global rollouts. Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across countries and time zones to ensure accurate, consistent, compliant data that supports business processes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Dentally, build and mentor a high-performing product team, embed discovery and data-informed practices, champion generative AI/automation, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt products for regional markets, drive adoption and revenue opportunities, and own recruitment and development of product staff.

Lead a regional sales team to achieve sales, gross profit and budget targets. Recruit, coach, and develop TSMs, allocate targets and resources, govern pricing/discounts, build customer and vendor relationships, drive sales strategy execution, and report on regional performance while representing the HSD business at dental events.

Lead a team of 4-6 software engineers with ~40% hands-on technical work. Drive architecture, coding standards, CI/CD, observability, incident playbooks, SLOs, and predictable delivery. Collaborate with Product and stakeholders, improve developer workflows and tooling, automate toil, and recruit and develop talent while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
