Own and scale lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Owns IFS Cloud environment and release management, including deployments, governance, configuration, integrations, and change controls. Leads data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, bulk uploads, and platform standardization. Supports PSO integrations and MWO entities while coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multiple change streams. The role requires hands-on IFS Cloud expertise, strong SQL and API knowledge, ITIL practices, release tools, risk management, and continuous improvement in a multinational environment.
